What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, and, if you give them, your email address, postcode, the service you need and the details of your project.
If you call or message us, we see your phone number and anything you send us, including photos.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quote, and, if you go ahead, to carry out and invoice the work.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. We never sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
Messages sent through the enquiry form are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Our email is provided by Google. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don’t lead to work for up to 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep job and invoice records for 6 years, as required for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
